A collaboration between artist Éva Mag and Jenny Palén.
A series of work consisting of sculpture, scenography and performance.
We work based on composition, objects and shapes - Building an image where the visual expression is the main character. Not the story or the actors. We function just as figures as in a dollhouse transferred to different situations and tasks. The visual expression on stage is based on ideas of a woman, how these roles are being portrayed.

FLOAT AND FLY
Series of drawing 2009-2014. Mixed techniques on paper in varying sizes
BA exhibition. Installation made of several different objects and sculptures. Konstakademien 2010.
Jenny Paléns world is striking and she sharpens all things pathos to its point, to its most dramatic, drastic and direct form. With laconic nostalgia for an age yet to come, she excavates into the future, into memory, and memory to come, suggesting that the judgement, which will be passed down on our time will be unsparing. In the wake of secularisation, people's need for an elevated meaning in life remains open and disgruntled.
